Frequently Asked Questions

Will I Fail a Drug Test Using CBD Products?

All of the products we sell have less than 0,3% THC in their makeup. This is an extremely small amount of THC but we can’t determine how your body will store this amount. Our suggestion is to speak with your employer about using CBD products or trying our other products that do not contain any amount of THC.

Is CBD Legal?

In December 2018, President Donald Trump declared that hemp is now a legal product at a federal level. All states have different laws and regulations surrounding hemp and hemp products.

In the state of Texas, hemp and CBD products have been legal since 2019. Therefore, you aren’t taking a legal risk when purchasing CBD products from ReLeaf Downtown.

What Exactly is CBD?

Cannabidiol is a cannabinoid that can be extracted from the cannabis plant. It’s a therapeutic compound, is non-intoxicating, and has several scientifically proven health benefits when it interacts with the body’s Endocannabinoid System.

Do CBD Products Get You High?

CBD products derived from hemp contain less than 0.3% THC. The CBD products promoted and sold at ReLeaf Downtown will not create the intoxicating effects of smoking marijuana.

Are CBD and Marijuana the Same Thing?
